Return and Exchange Policy

Gemma guarantee its customers to provide best quality products same as described on website. We provide exchange/replacement of damaged/defected products without question. If you receive damaged/defected product do let us know immediately at [email protected] we will provide you the replacement of that product within 5-10 days without hassle.

EXCHANGE

We provide exchange if the product is not same as described or having size issue or manufacturing defects. We do not accept exchange of products for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may at our sole discretion, allow an exchange, provided that the item in question is:
Send to us within 7 days of receipt.
Not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging).
Not damaged in anyway.
If we allow exchange in these circumstances, we ask you to follow our exchange process. We will provide you exchanged product only when we receive the original product back. You are responsible for payment of return postage on this exchange.
Process to get Exchanged Product:

When seeking an exchange on a product, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] . On receipt of your e-mail we will investigate your issues and advice you whether your product may be exchanged and, where required, provide you a return authorization and instructions on how to return your original product, with which you must comply. Once an item is returned we will either inspect your product and investigate any claimed defect or, where we believe it is applicable, provide a remedy in relation to your products. If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your product (for example, where we believe the product have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your product to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Exchanged products will be shipped using the shipping address provided in order only. We aim to process exchange within 10-15 days of receipt by us of the original product; however, depending on your item and number of exchanges in our system, this may take longer.

RETURN

We accept return only if the product is not same as described. We do not accept returns products for change of mind or errors you made in your order. Products having any kind of quality issue can only get exchanged and return will not be accepted in case of any quality issue, e.g. product broken in transit, Any loose diamond, any broken stone, improper polish etc., We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for refund, provided that the item in question is:
  • Returned within 7 days of receipt;
  • Not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
  • Not damaged in any way.
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we ask you to follow our return process. We will provide you with a refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order. Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes all of our products. Remedies for defective goods are still available. 

Our products come with guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Indian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase and for cash on delivery method refunds can only be provide by account payee cheque only. Due to many variations in monitors and browsers, colour samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual merchandise. We do our very best to make sure our products are close to exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact product colours. Further, the look of the rings and bangles may get change in different sizes. All the product shown here are in a specific size.
